Mixed Football  

U13s

  • U13s competition is a combined age group for players 13 this year.
  • Expect training twice a week and a game day on the weekend.
  • Pre-season training will be available

U15s

  • U15s competition is a combined age group for players turning 14 and 15 this year.
  • Expect training twice a week and a game day on the weekend.
  • Pre-season training will be available. For more information speak with your Grade Manager

U17s

  • For players turning 15, 16 and 17 this year.
  • Training will be once per week and times are yet to be confirmed.
  • Games are on Sunday.
  • Pre-season training will be available. See your Grade Manager

Senior football Males (age 16+)

  • Three competitive teams from Premier Mens, and a few more social teams
  • Games are on Saturday and occasionally Sunday.
  • Training for competitive teams will be twice per week, Tues and Thurs.

Girls only

U18s

  • For 2021, Capital Football has indicated a 6 team 11v11 league for girls born 2003-2006.
  • Games are mostly on Sunday
  • Pre-season training will be available

Senior football females (age 15+)

  • Competitive Womens Premier Team and a competitive social Div Two Team
  • Games are mostly on Sunday
  • Pre-season training will be available

Dispensation

Mixed Teams:            Capital Football regulations allow girls to play down one grade without dispensation

Mixed or Girls Only: Dispensation to play up or down may be sought from Capital Football via the UHCF Exec with a supported recommendation by our football development officers
