Welcome to the 2013 season! This year, Upper Hutt City Football will have two senior women’s teams playing in the Lotto Women’s Central League and Women’s Division 2.
Our Central League side is a young one this year with only a few of our more experienced players returning from the Premier League winning team of last year. Our youngsters have been working hard pre-season though and together with new signings Olivia de Ronde (Lower Hutt), Sophie Abbott and Miranda Williams (Waikanae) and Sian Wright (Wellington) who are pushing for a spot in the top team, we’re confident that we can be competitive in the top league.
The Women’s Central League team is coached by Mike Gibbs this year, assisted by Steve Parry and managed by Christine Williams. The Women’s 2nd team is coached by Hirani Kingi (Manu) and managed by Sarah Parry.
