What a night! What a season! So much to celebrate in a year that above all else has taught us how to pull together when it really matters. A lesson that will undoubtedly feature in the years ahead.

After enjoying a fantastic spit roast meal with all the trimmings, John Sutherland opened the presentation with a nod to our life members, our volunteers who go above and beyond, and amazing sponsors and grant-funders who provide a lifeline to the activites we undertake. A motivational closing encouraged likeminded people to bolster our volunteer ranks, who despite the impact of the global challenge faced at work, home and in sport, made incremental but postitive steps in the way we deliver football in our community.

A special thank you to Emma Gameson and team for organising an outstanding evening, to the bar crew supported by the hockey club, and those involved in the clean up the next morning. After eating the delicious desserts supplied by both the Women’s teams, it was time to hit the dance floor to some great music! The event was extremely well attended and a huge thanks goes out to the teams from across the club who supported the event 🙌
