Rooms are mostly x2 per room, with a couple of larger rooms (no single rooms)
Meals
Friday lunch Players to bring their own or have money to purchase lunch. The team will stop at Dannevirke for lunch.
Friday dinner Pre-prepared meals will be taken up and eaten at the motel, i.e. mac & cheese, lasagna, egg & bacon pie, salads.
Breakfasts Materials will be purchased and provided for each room.
Lunches on game days Ingredients will be provided for lunches. Wraps, chicken, ham, salad, fruit and muesli bars etc.
Saturday dinner Taradale RSA – 156 Gloucester Street, Taradale.
Sunday dinner Will be purchased and is dependent on games on Monday, eaten at the motel.
Monday lunch Players to bring money to purchase lunch.
What to Bring – (other than football gear)
Towel Warm clothes for wearing at the motel
Toiletries Something to sleep in
Togs (we may go to the pool) Casual clothes for dinner on Saturday & for travelling
Your Club gear bag
Playing kits – club tops, shorts and socks will be provided.
Under socks for “cut” club socks are not provided.
Rules
1. No leaving the motel grounds without permission.
As a rule, permission will not be granted to leave the motel grounds unless a Parent or Guardian has requested permission.
Trips to Pak’nSave will be planned daily for the players to purchase items.
2. Any person involved in a serious disciplinary problem, including the use of illegal substances and/or alcohol, or actions that threaten the safety of others; that person will be returned to the motel and will no longer participate in the tournament.
For clarity, those players who are 18 years of age are NOT allowed to drink alcohol on this trip.

Top two of the pool go into the Quarter Finals at 5pm on Sunday

All games are played at Park Island Recreation Ground, Napier
Games will be livestreamed on Sportway, covering Fields 1–6 and Bluewater Stadium, including one game from every group on Bluewater, with fixtures running all Saturday and Sunday morning.
