Please join us to review the past season and hear first-hand from chairman Jamie Wood about our plans for season 2019 – and beyond!
You’ll discover a club that’s in great shape, but with a few people stepping down from the Exec we’re really keen to welcome some new volunteers, with new ideas and fresh energy for Executive and non-Executive roles, to help us keep the club moving forward.
EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE NOMINATIONS:
We are inviting nominations for the following Club Official roles:
- Club Chairman
- Club Secretary
- Junior Club Captain
- Women’s Club Captain
- Men’s Club Captain
as well as these Executive Committee roles:
- Sponsorship Manager
- Marketing and Communications Manager
Not keen on a specific role yet? That’s absolutely fine! You can also join as a member of the Executive without any official “title” and just help out where you can.
NON-EXECUTIVE VOLUNTEER ROLES:
Want to lend a hand but not join the Exec? Please let us know! Some assistance in these areas would be very much appreciated:
- Bar Manager
- Kitchen Manager
- Facilities Manager
- Grant Returns

WANTED: volunteers for the FUN committee.
We’re particularly keen to hear from our youth players (from men’s and women’s teams) who can work together to come up with ideas and organise 2-3 social events throughout the season. Come along to the AGM and let us know if you’re interested.
Members are invited to submit remits for consideration to Club Secretary, Brian Wood, email@example.com no later than Thursday, 15 November.
