This popular event on the girls’ football calendar is a great way for girls to develop their skills, have loads of fun and make new football friends. Plus, it’s now aligned to the Girls’ Junior framework and fully supported by Capital Football and New Zealand Football.
Tournament format
- Fair play only draws for U10s with a league based competition for U12s and U14. All draws provide multiple opportunities to play games.
- 6-8 teams per grade, with five games played per team and around 30 games to watch and enjoy in total
- U10’s – 10th grade in 2014 (or under)
- U12’s – 12th grade in 2014 (or under)
- U14’s – 14th grade in 2014 (or under)

Cancellation
Rain, shine or otherwise it is likely that the event will go ahead. Any risk of cancellation will be communicated to teams at least 24 hrs before tourney commences. Postponement date (if required) 30 March.
